If you ask me, Warrior Shaun Johnson’s four-pointer against the Broncos on Saturday night is one of the tries of the season.
From a flat, start he evades four forwards, runs around speedster Josh Hoffman at fullback and then takes care of pursuing wingers Jharal Yow Yeh and Gerard Beale.
In all, he evades more than half the Broncos side in a 75m effort.
Check it out for yourself.
Speak ing of top tries, here’s a stack of them scored by the Dragons in the first eight rounds of the 2011 season. It includes Darius Boyd’s awesome intercept try against the Doggies and some nice stepping from Mark Gasnier against the Roosters to send Boyd over.
