We have made some changes to our subscription self service site.

You will need to register with the new site before you can log in and manage your subscription. Simply enter your subscriber ID and surname as shown in the example below, then click next .

To obtain your Subscriber ID simply call our Circulation Customer Service team on 1300 137 610 and they will be happy to provide this for you. Our Circulation Customer Service team can also help if you need assistance with the registration process.

On our new subscriber self service page you will still be able to perform most of the functions you have previously been able to perform.

However, if you would like to change your delivery address, set up a direct debit from your preferred bank account or change your credit card details, please contact our Circulation Customer Service team on 1300 137 610 who will be happy to assist you with your request.
