Irene White was due to take delivery of almost $10,000 worth of Kleenmaid kitchen appliances on the day the company went bust.
"The stuff was supposed to be delivered last Thursday," Ms White, of Keiraville, told the Mercury yesterday.
"I got a call at lunchtime and the lady said it wouldn't be happening today, it would be after Easter.

It was only on Saturday, when Ms White and husband Andrew Stuckey read in a newspaper about Kleenmaid's collapse, that they realised their kitchen would not be delivered anytime soon.
"It was a bad weekend and we were a bit shocked," she said.
"I went down (to the Wollongong Kleenmaid shop) on Saturday afternoon, but everything had been cleaned out."
Ms White is one of a handful of disappointed customers who have contacted the Mercury since Kleenmaid announced it was voluntarily appointing an administrator, Deloitte, last week.
Deloitte has since said they cannot guarantee customers who have paid deposits or for their products in full would receive their goods. Warranties will not be honoured.
But Ms White is frustrated her calls and emails to Deloitte have gone unanswered.
She's also haunted by the day in late March when she went to the Kleenmaid showroom in Wollongong and ended up handing over $9351.
"It was actually quite busy and we asked why everything was going so cheap and they said because they had this special warranty going and that if we didn't buy it that day we would have to pay extra to get the warranty," Ms White said.
"So we went home and rang through the credit and went ahead with it."
Over the next fortnight Kleenmaid bombarded Ms White with glossy catalogues, postcards and other junkmail offering free holidays and extended warranties if she paid $299 to join the My Kleenmaid Rewards Club.
Ms White's only consolation now is that she didn't waste money on joining the club or get roped into buying an $8000 rangehood.
