F6 northbound open after caravan crash

Both northbound lanes of the F6 freeway are now open after a car and a caravan plunged down an embankment near Waterfall this afternoon.The accident caused significant delays with northbond queues stretching 2km. The road is now open but motorists can still expect delays in the area. Fire and Rescue NSW crews and police were earlier at the scene, which is near the Princes Hwy overpass.First responders reported the caravan was on its roof at the base of the embankment and there was debris across the northbound lanes of the freeway.Two people who were in the car managed to pull themselves out and were being treated for minor injuries.
