Detectives from Strike Force Raptor, established to target outlaw motorcycle gangs, issued the 63-year-old with a court attendance notice yesterday afternoon.

He is facing three counts of being a licensed firearms dealer failing to make quarterly return; 95 counts of being a firearms dealer failing to record prescribed details regarding receipt; two counts of larceny; and one count of altering or making a false or misleading entry in a record.

He is due to appear in Moss Vale Local Court on February 1.

The charges follow a police raid in October on a Sutton Forest property, where officers allegedly discovered a stash of drugs and weapons.

During the search they seized 25 firearms, including rifles, pistols, revolvers, shotguns, a pen gun, an anti-tank mine, a hand grenade, silencers, detonators, a gun barrel and a number of throwing knives, as well as ammunition and gunpowder, police said.

Officers had also seized an undisclosed amount of cannabis.

An alleged member of the Fourth Reich outlaw motorcycle gang was charged with a number of firearm and drug-related offences after the Sutton Forest raid.
