NSW Premier Kristina Keneally made good on her bet with Western Australia Premier Colin Barnett by donning a Perth Wildcats singlet during a weekend exercise session.
Prior to Friday night's NBL grand final decider, the two premiers agreed the loser must wear their opposition's jersey for one week, while exercising.
After the Wollongong Hawks were beaten 72-96 by the Wildcats on Friday, Ms Keneally posted a photo of herself sporting the Perth singlet on her Facebook page.
The picture attracted a wealth of comments, including one from Minister for the Illawarra Paul Mcleay, who wrote: ``We should have stopped the clock at half-time. Next year Hawks will be triumphant.''
Others, such as Deborah Waterworth, were less than impressed, commenting: ``We get that you are blonde, young(ish) and like sport, what we are finding difficult is living in a wonderful state that is going down the tube.''
