A surfer has been bitten by a shark at Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa this morning.
The NSW Ambulance Service received several reports that the man was bitten on the lower leg and suffered a small laceration.
The attack occurred at the beach, south of Kiama, about 8.45am today.

He has been taken to Shoalhaven Hospital for treatment.
The shark attack is the second on the South Coast this year.
In January, snorkeller Steven Fogarty was attacked in Lake Illawarra as he swam beneath the Windang Bridge.
Mr Fogarty received about 40 puncture wounds to his calf, as well as razor-like cuts on his fist from fighting off what was believed to be a 1.5m bull shark.
