Police rescued four bushwalkers after they took a wrong turn and became lost at Tahmoor yesterday.
Two men, aged 18 and 19 and two women, both aged 18, went for a walk in bushland near Rockford Rd about midday and headed for a swimming area known as Mermaid Pools.
But when the group left the pools they took a different trail and became lost.
They contacted their parents about 6pm, who called police.
Officers from the police dog unit were sent in and quickly found the group, who were walked out of the bush.
