A teenage girl is trapped after a head-on collision near Bargo this afternoon.
Paramedics were called to a scene on Rememberance Dr, about 2km south of Bargo, shortly after 2.30pm following reports two cars had collided head-on.
A 19-year-old woman suffered critical head injuries and remains trapped in one of the cars, while paramedics treated a man for a lower leg injury at the scene.
A rescue helicopter has been sent to airlift the woman to hospital once she is freed.
Rememberance Dr is closed in both directions and traffic is being diverted via Silica Rd and Tylers Rd and then back to Remembrance Dr.
