Six Illawarra clubs remain in contention to play at the SCG in January, heading into Sunday's third round of cricket's state-wide SCG Country Cup.
Three Illawarra clubs - Balgownie, Dapto and University - knocked out South Coast opponents in round two.
They join premiers Corrimal, Wollongong and Helensburgh in the third round.
Lake Illawarra is the lone South Coast club to qualify for the last 32 of the tournament after beating Keira in round two.
Albion Park was the top-ranked South Coast club, but was knocked out by Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen's, while University eliminated second-ranked Oak Flats.
Warilla were sent packing by Dapto, and Balgownie were easy eight-wicket winners over Kiama.
Helensburgh had the easiest round-two win - a 10-wicket belting of Bomaderry.
On Sunday Shoalhaven will host Wollongong while Lake Illawarra host Corrimal. The two winners meet on December 6.
In the all-Illawarra clashes Bally host Dapto and the Burgh are at home to University, with the two winners also to meet in the fourth round.
The state-wide SCG Country Cup has been running since 2003 and gives regional clubs who reach the final the opportunity to play at the SCG.
Round four is December 6, from which the top eight teams from across country NSW will be determined.
Defending champions Tamworth remain alive and take on Woy Woy for a place in the last 16.
Two teams from this region are guaranteed to make quarter-finals in Orange on December 27.
The semi-finals will also be played in Orange on December 28, with the final at the SCG on January 17.
