Wollongong Wolves coach John Turner says his side's superior fitness will be the difference in Sunday's NSW Premier League grand final against Sutherland at CUA Stadium.
"We'll rely on our fitness - I think we've got the fittest team in the league," Turner insisted.
The Wollongong boss says his team has proved it can play with intensity for 90 minutes - and through extra time - if required.
"We're a very grinding team, we grind away at teams and wear them down - hopefully we can repeat that on Sunday," he said.
"If you look at our form over the season - most of the wins have come from strong second halves.
"The last four or five games we've given everyone a start - even the other day against Sutherland we beat them in extra time and I had about four or five guys on one leg with injuries and we still out-plugged them."
As usual Turner will keep his players in the dark as to who will be in his starting line-up.
"There are a couple of spots that are a little bit open, (but) they (the players) won't know who's starting until Sunday - that way the whole team prepares themselves to play," he said.
The coach poured cold water on suggestions that injured Nigerian striker Osagie Ederaro could make a shock return from injury for the decider.
The flamboyant goalscorer has missed most of the year with a serious foot injury.
In recent weeks he has started light running, but Turner dismissed rumours he would use Ederaro off the bench.
"He's doing some light work. Look, he's going to be in doubt, I don't think he'll play," the Wolves coach said.
"He's going to have a fitness test on Friday but I don't think he's a chance ... I think he knows that himself. The medical staff say he shouldn't play, so we'll probably go with that."
