"Hi Dragons fans, big Dell here," he says. "The new-look range for 2010 has just arrived, and so now you can look as good as me."

After which the star winger performs a series of jigs and twists to rival any Dancing with the Stars display.

"I'm sure that people will enjoy it and no doubt have a bit of a laugh, probably at my expense," Dell said off camera.

And clearly the dual international fancies himself as a bit of a groover.
