The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has upgraded its travel warning for Indonesia following two bomb blasts at hotels in the capital Jakarta.Australians have been advised to reconsider travelling to Indonesia, including Bali, due to the "very high risk" of a terrorist attack.At least nine people were killed and more than 50 injured when two explosions tore through the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the nearby JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta about 8am local time (1100 AEST) today.
