Have you seen this man?That's what police in Bolivia wanted to know, after a witness sketched a crude comfit image of a suspect wanted in a murder.Taxi driver Rafael Vargas was killed in what police said was either a drugs-related hit or a crime of passion. A neighbour drew the picture of what she believed the suspect looked like, although some suggested it looked more like a child's sketch or the scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz than a piece of evidence.A news segment appealing for information about the suspect that aired on Bolivian television (shown below) has now become a YouTube hit, attracting nearly 280,000 hits in a week. And perhaps it worked.Police have reportedly arrested one person following the release of the picture.
