A little boy who accidentally flushed his one-week-old puppy down the toilet has said sorry and promised not to do it again.Daniel Blair, 4, had been trying to give the dog a bath in the toilet following a muddy walk in the backyard of his home in Middlesex, England.Daniel flushed the toilet in a bid to wash the dog and accidentally sent his best friend on a watery ride through the pipes. But thanks to some quick thinking from a plumbing company, the dog was found alive in a pipe about 20m from the toilet. Will Craig, 22, an employee at Dyno-Rod, used a specialty camera equipment to locate the puppy and was then able to nudge the dog towards a manhole, where firefighters were able to lift it to safety. The puppy has since been named Dyno, after the company who rescued him.Daniel said he would treat his pet with more care in the future. He said he was "so, so sorry" and promised: " I won't do it again".
