■ Frisbee
■ Markers to create the playing field. The field is generally a narrow rectangle about 100 metres long, with two end zones marked out at either end, similar to an American football game.
■ Two teams of seven people each.
Basic rules
1. Each game starts with a pull, where the team with the frisbee throws it from the goal line. All players must remain behind their end zone before it is thrown.
2. To score a point, a team must work the frisbee down the field by passing it to their players and completing a pass into the end zone.
3. You cannot run with the frisbee. Once you catch it you must stand still, but can establish a pivot foot.
4. You must throw the frisbee within 10 seconds of catching it.
5. No contact can be made with another player.
6. Each time you catch the frisbee in the end zone, your team gets one point.
7. Teams change direction after each point is scored.
8. The defensive team gets possession of the frisbee if the opposing team's throw is not caught by one of their players, if they intercept a pass, if it gets knocked out of bounds or a thrower catches their own throw.
A game is over when a team reaches 15 points, with a time limit of 90 minutes.
