Arnold, who came to the Wildcats after being an assistant coach at the NBA's Chicago Bulls, took over from Cal Bruton to coach the Wildcats to the second of their back-to-back titles.
The Wildcats' first game in the Arena tonight against the Adelaide 36ers is a sellout.
The Wildcats will wear black stripes on their singlets to honour Arnold.
