Wollongong have been rewarded for their impressive start to the season with two players named in the North starting five for this month's NBL All-Star game.
Forward and captain Oscar Forman received 663 votes to earn a starting berth, while guard Adris Deleon gained his spot with 856 votes.
The club received further recognition with coach Gordie McLeod appointed coach of the North All-Stars.
North will take on South on December 22 at Adelaide Arena. The game will be preceded by a slam dunk contest featuring high-flying Hawks import Lance Hurdle.
The NBL will officially reveal the starting fives of both teams today. Benches will be named next week and chances are the Hawks will have another one or two players selected.
The North squad also includes players from Sydney, Cairns and Townsville.
