½ or full leg ham
2 oranges
Jar wholegrain mustard
Jar marmalade
METHOD
Take skin off ham totally, place in oven dish with 1 inch of water .
Squeeze one orange and grate rind into the water, cover and bake in an oven with foil covering the leg ham for one hour at 180 degrees.
Mix the juice of the second orange with half the mustard and half the marmalade.
Use the mixture to baste leg ham.
Remove ham from tray and place in Webber for another hour basting the ham with mixture every 10 minutes.
You may score the leg ham to get flavour deeper in ham.
Slice, eat and enjoy.
