An alleged member of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang pointed a pistol at a woman hosting a New Year's Eve party at Lake Heights, warning her that she had no idea what he could to her family, a court has heard.

Berkeley man Troy Fornaciari is accused of wielding the firearm at the woman and threatening her, forcing her to flee with her family as she feared for their safety, Wollongong Local Court was told yesterday.
Police claim Fornaciari told the woman: "I'm with the Rebels ... you don't know who I am ... you don't know what I can do to your family," when he crashed a New Year's Eve party at her Lake Heights home on Monday night.
It is alleged the 29-year-old also struck another partygoer in the mouth with the pistol, cutting the man's face, when the guest started arguing with him.
Police claim the woman was with several friends at her Northcliffe Drive home, including Fornaciari's ex-partner, who stopped by the party but left around 9.15pm.
A short time later, the woman allegedly saw Fornaciari pull up in a car with an unknown man.
It is alleged Fornaciari started asking where his former partner was, prompting a male guest to come outside.
The pair were arguing when Fornaciari allegedly pulled a gun out of his shorts and pointed it towards the man before he hit him in the mouth with the firearm.
It is alleged Fornaciari then turned the gun on the woman and threatened her.
Fornaciari eventually headed back to his car as the unknown man said to the woman: "I'm your saviour, I saved your family, I am your guardian angel," the court heard.
Police arrived, just as the woman allegedly saw Fornaciari throw the gun into a nearby garden.
Officers found the pistol and later arrested Fornaciari at a Dapto home.
Fornaciari was later charged by police with several firearms offences, along with counts of assault, intimidation and using an offensive weapon in company.
Opposing bail yesterday, prosecutor Sergeant Shannon Ryan cited the seriousness of the allegations and the need to protect the alleged victims and the community.
Defence solicitor Angela Melouney told the court Fornaciari could report to police, would agree to stay away from the alleged victims and had strong community ties.
Registrar Tina McKenna refused bail and adjourned the matter to January 23.
