The owners of Jamberoo's gutted general store have declared their intention to rebuild.
Fire destroyed the historic building that was home to the Fredericks IGA Jamberoo the week before Christmas, although the Jamberoo community helped get a temporary general store up and running just five days later.
Owner Trevor Fredericks said they were still discussing with the insurers over what kind of replacement building they could put up, but the intention was to rebuild and incorporate parts of the old building where possible.

"The insurance company is working with the council in relation to gaining approval for demolition," Mr Fredericks said.
"The demolition will be to floor level - parts of the facade will be kept and hopefully reused in a future building."
He said the temporary store was trading well and was close to complete.
"We are at close to 70 per cent what we had before.
"Our customers are quite happy with what we are offering."
Mr Fredericks said no one knew yet what had caused the fire, which started at the rear of the 19th-century building.
The burnt-out building has proved a major talking point for tourists over summer.
"People still seeing it for the first time are surprised and upset by what has happened," he said.
