At Albion Park the Illawarra Highway and the Princes Highway are closed due to flooding.
Fern Street in Gerringong is closed between the Princes Highway and Belinda Street
There is also flooding at Barrack Heights on Shellharbour Road and Woodlands Drive. The road is not closed but traffic is being affected in both directions.
In Nowra, Northbound traffic using the Princes Highway between BTU Road and Central Avenue should exercise caution due to water across the road.
Traffic is also being affected by flooding at Springhill on Masters Road at Springhill Road. The Roads and Maritime Service said there is water on the road but at 8.15am traffic could still get through.
Audley Road is closed in both directions at the Audley Weir in the Royal National Park due to flooding.
