A Fairy Meadow liquor store has been accused of supplying alcohol to a minor.
Police claim an under-age shopper obtained the booze just before 2.30pm on September 8 last year at the Fairy Meadow BWS store, on the Princes Highway.
Tarrawanna man Nicholas Jason Field, 25, has been charged with supplying liquor to a minor and licensee David Claydon, 46, faces a count of allowing liquor to be supplied to a minor.
The pair have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Yesterday Magistrate Michael Stoddart listed the matter for hearing on March 20.
