A man was airlifted to St George Hospital after his car crashed into a bridge at Kiama this evening.
The man, aged in his early 20s, suffered a minor head injury, dislocated and fractured shoulder, possible fractured ribs and possible internal injures.
His car was approaching the Kiama Downs exit ramp, off the Princes Highway at Bombo, when it crashed about 5pm.
The accident caused traffic delays on the highway until the site was cleared about 6.15pm.
