A lot of people complain about high energy bills.
But Ursula Kasch complained about not getting a bill at all.
Ms Kasch has lived in her Koloona Avenue home in Figtree for 12 months.
In that period, she said she had not received a single gas bill from provider Origin Energy, despite receiving electricity bills from them every quarter.
It turns out the reason for this will likely come as a pleasant surprise.
Over the past 12 months, Ms Kasch said she had contacted Origin several times.
"I keep ringing up and saying, 'where's my gas bill?' and they just say 'Oh we've got a problem with the computer'," Ms Kasch said.
"Usually they're too happy to give you a bill, but I've never gotten one since I've been here."
She said the only correspondence she received from Origin about her gas was when she switched providers. They sent a letter in late February acknowledging that and it was time to finalise her bill.
"But I've never gotten a gas bill from them," she said.
"Now I'm worried that if it does ever come, it's going to be huge."
She rang Origin several times and asked for them to send her a bill, one time being told that a computer changeover in 2011 was the reason she had not received a bill.
"One day I waited on the phone for 45 minutes, only to have the fellow say, 'Oh I'll take it to my supervisor'.
"Then I never heard anything back," she said.
"Then I rang again and asked, 'what's happening? This is bizarre'.
"Now I've given up.
"I haven't got time to be sitting on the phone waiting to talk to someone and get told 'Oh it's something to do with the computer'.
"Does everyone else have this problem with their gas bill?"
An Origin Energy spokesman said Ms Kasch wouldn't have to worry about getting a big bill because, due to an oversight, she's just had a year's worth of free gas.
"Due to an error on our part, Ms Kasch's gas account was not correctly established with Origin; as a result we did not record consumption or issue any bills on the account," he said.
"We understand her gas and electricity accounts are now with another energy retailer, and Origin won't seek to recover gas charges for the period in question."
