Ninety people have been evacuated from a building in Port Kembla after a chemical spill.
HAZMAT crews are attending to the spill, on Springhill Road, which is believed to be a mix of benzine, acetone and napthalene.
A spokesman for Fire and Rescue NSW said all ignition sources have been isolated and the crew is carrying out atmospheric monitoring.
