All eastbound lanes remain blocked on Picton Road just past the Hume Highway off-ramp in Wilton due to an overturned truck.
Emergency services and RMS crews are still at the scene, working to right the truck.
Motorists are able to pass the scene of the accident but are advised to expect delays.
Additionally, all northbound lanes have reopened on the Princes Highway at Strickland Street in Heathcote after a fatal multi-vehicle accident this afternoon.
Heavy traffic has eased and there are no delays to motorists.
