Shellharbour City Council's draft Development Control Plan (DCP) will be released for public comment next week.
The draft plan combines Shellharbour's 40 existing DCPs and related policies into one document.
The document contains development guidelines on matters such as height, building lines and visual privacy.
It will be available from Thursday, March 21, at the council's administration building, Lamerton House, council libraries and online at www.shell harbour.nsw.gov.au.
