Police are investigating a knife attack at Albion Park on Friday night.
About 9pm, a 37-year-old man was walking home from Albion Park Hotel when he was allegedly confronted by three males at the intersection of Terry and Church streets.
The victim was then punched in the head and attacked with a knife. He was left with a slash wound to the hand, a small facial cut and minor lacerations of the abdomen.
Paramedics treated the patient for knife wounds and an unrelated medical condition before transporting him to Wollongong Hospital for further observation.
