All interested people are encouraged to get involved and help plan the future of the area.
A series of workshops are proposed to help develop a community vision, development plan, and an infrastructure plan. To get the process started we are asking for topics/themes/issues that people and groups are interested in.
We have distributed feedback postcards to residents, and also have an online survey available via our website (keiravillegwynnevilleplan.wikispaces.com) which we hope you will complete. As this is a community led project its success will depend greatly on the level of community involvement and support.
So in addition to your input we would also be grateful for any support that your organisation might be able to offer this planning project.
We are happy to have any passionate, enthusiastic people willing to help, and in particular we are looking for people with skills in planning, project management, IT, facilitating, editing, event planning, or engineering.
We will also need venues to host community workshops and meetings. Might you be able to help?
For more information about the project, and how you and your organisation can get involved visit our website or the link to our facebook page: www.facebook.com/keiravillegwynneville.
If you have any questions we can be contacted on email at kgcommunityplan@gmail.com.
