This killer bathroom - about as close as you can get to bathing in a rainforest - is just one wow factor in a $3.2-million house at Jamberoo that has been recently listed with Ray White at Kiama.
The four-bed, four-bathroom house (pictured below), owned by a Sydney professional, is set on 40 hectares in Clover Hill Road, and surrounded by rainforest and waterfalls.
"What really makes this place stand out," says agent Melinda Budd, "is the central indoor-outdoor living area with its cedar walls, indoor garden and natural light."
The owners use this area all year round because it traps the sun in winter and the huge windows can be opened in summer to allow for cross ventilation.
The guests' quarters has a large bedroom, an en suite and external access.
A levelled area near the house fitted with playground equipment and a temperature controlled wine cellar for 5000 bottles ensures smiles for all ages and tastes.

Well-priced slope at Balgownie
A level block of land or a great price? That's the conundrum here in Terrell Place at Balgownie (pictured above).
Ben Baaner from Ray White Wollongong says this 870-square-metre block of land is priced between $245,000 to $280,000, well below average land prices in the suburb but geared to compensate for the steep slope.
He says it's worth a look for the price, which is comparable to the price of a smaller but less slopey block at Farmborough Heights.
"I sold a level block of land in Carlon Crescent this time last year for $290,000 which was 700 square metres," says Mr Baaner.
The owner has plans for an executive home to suit the site that need council approval.
Houses that are 15-20 years old in the street have sold for the late $800,000s.
Survey on Shell Cove marina
If you have a wishlist for Shell Cove's The Waterfront marina, now is the time to let it rip.
Australand and Shellharbour City Council are inviting the public to give their opinion on what they want in terms of cafes, restaurants, entertainment and marina facilities.
It's understood the 15-minute survey will drill down to the style of amenities people want and whether they prefer it be family friendly, more up-market or both.
"The more people who participate and complete the survey, the more responsive to the community's needs the outcome will be," says Shellharbour Mayor Marianne Saliba.
A research agency has been commissioned to manage the process and it's expected its report will be made public.
Preliminary work has begun on the marina, with a completion date set for 2017. Take the survey here.
Rats dead turn-off
More than 80 per cent of people would turn up their noses at properties if there was evidence of rodent infestation, according to a survey conducted by Pure Profile for pest company Rentokill.
It is estimated an infestation could decrease the value of a property by anywhere between 5-25 per cent.
The most common pest rodent species in Australia are the black rat, brown rat and house mouse, and their gnawing with front incisor teeth can damage doors, furniture, plaster, electrical wires and telephone internet cables.
The most unsettling snippet of trivia is that a pair of mating rodents can result in a population of between 400 and 700 because the female is capable of giving birth to up to 10 offspring more than four times a year and that offspring is ready to reproduce at three months - eek!
