Dozens of Illawarra women took the chance to tumble down the rabbit hole and celebrate all things tea-related on Sunday, as Albion Park's Ravensthorpe hosted a Mad Hatter's Tea Party to raise money for women's cancers.

Serving up a bit of magic through her tea-leaf readings was Illawarra tea blender Suzi van Middelkoop, who has recently become one of Australia's first certified "tea masters".
Ms van Middelkoop said there's more to the leaf than meets the eye, and her readings were a "bit of fun" that allowed people to get a glimpse into their future.
"I always say there's more to the leaf than meets the eye, and there's no excuse for a bad cup of tea," she said.
