Kiama council staff have recommended a planning proposal for a 98-lot subdivision off Jamberoo Road be endorsed.
The applicant, White Constructions Pty Ltd, has submitted a concept planning proposal for the nine-hectare site west of Kiama which, if endorsed by Kiama councillors tonight, would proceed to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure for determination.
The applicant is seeking to rezone the site, located in between the Cedar Ridge Estate and Cedar Grove Estate, from rural to low density residential.
The concept plan comprises approximately 98 low density residential lots varying in size from 300 square metres to over 2000 square metres.
The subject site is located west of the Cedar Grove Estate with access to the estate proposed via Lilly Pilly Way.
