Motorists are still advised to exercise caution and allow extra travel time as the speed limit has been reduced to 40 km/h due to water on the road.

The Illawarra Highway between Tongarra Road and the Princes Highway, at Albion Park Rail, remains closed.
8.30pm: The Illawarra Highway between Tongarra Road and the Princes Highway, at Albion Park Rail, is closed due to flooding.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area. A diversion is in place and drivers can access the Princes Highway via Tongarra Road.
Flooding has also occurred at Fern Street in Gerringong, with the road closed in both directions. Motorists can use Belinda Street to access the Princes Highway.
Motorists are advised to avoid the Audley Weir in the Royal National Park as flooding has closed the road.
Audley Road is closed in both directions at Audley Weir following overnight heavy rain.
Additionally, rail passengers on the South Coast Line are advised to allow additional travel time due to the wet weather and safety monitors being activated earlier at Helensburgh.
