Prosecutors have dropped murder-related charges against three of the men accused of organising or taking part in the 2012 shooting death of Berkeley man Darko Janceski.

The Director of Public Prosecutions formally withdrew a solicit to murder charge against Cordeux Heights man Robert Nikolovski in proceedings in Wollongong Local Court this morning.
The DPP also withdrew charges of being accessories before the fact to murder and participating in a criminal group against Christopher Madden and Derek Scott Ferguson, both from Horsley.
However, the duo still have outstanding charges before the court, and were both released on conditional bail.
Police laid an additional charge against Madden in court this morning of dealing with property intent to be an instrument of crime, however it was not immediately clear whether the charge relates to Mr Janceski's death.
A fourth man, Blackbutt's Matthew Paul Wiggins, is still facing a charge of murder. It is alleged he shot Mr Janceski outside his parent's Berkeley home in April 2012.
It had been alleged that Mr Janceski's death had been orchestrated as payback for the suspected murder of Mr Nikolovski's younger brother Goran Nikolovski.
The DPP lawyer did not give reasons in court this morning for withdrawing the charges against the trio.
