Three years ago while working with my own life coach, I was asked to create my first vision board.

It became an evolving heart song, a visual expression of what my soul said was possible and purposeful over and above the sometimes limited beliefs, thoughts and feelings my ego-driven state held about myself, my life and those in it.
I would often look at what I had created and instantly the vibration of my energy changed.
This energy felt more real and exciting, and although the power of possibility could at times seem overwhelming, I knew this state was my soul's rightful home.
My natural state was in fact to be all I could be, to live a life of happiness, peace and contentment, a life whereby I could draw what I needed to me effortlessly and easily on a spiritual, emotional, physical or material level.
I recently pulled out this vision board as I was packing up my home to move into the next phase of my life.
There are different images and words on it displaying goals around work, life, love, happiness, success and my children.
Three years on, I'm happy to say that many have come to life: the creation of four books, birthdays that are magical, a weekly columnist for a major publication in print, a large client base, self-worth, a new home and an upcoming wedding in January.
There are a couple of things that are still a work in progress. However, I'm working with the support of spirit, an unlimited universe and a core driving force made up of sheer determination, belief in myself, trust, a broader understanding of life and self-love.
