A man has been charged with child abuse material offences after detectives searched a home at Shoalhaven Heads on Wednesday.

As part of their ongoing investigations into the possession, production and dissemination of online child abuse material, detectives executed a search warrant on the home at Shoalhaven Heads just after 7am on Wednesday.
Police seized a number of items, including lap top and desk top computers, a tablet, a mobile telephone, and electronic storage devices.
A 55-year-old man was arrested at his workplace in Sydney just after 10am and taken to Sydney City Police Station.
He was charged with one count each of using a carriage service for child pornography material; and possessing, controlling, producing, supplying or obtaining child pornography material for use through a carriage service.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Nowra Local Court on January 15.
