A 14-year-old girl was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash in Unanderra on Friday night.

Emergency services were called to Waples Road about 8.30pm after a Ford sedan struck a power pole.
The 14-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the front seat, sustained critical head and internal injuries in the crash.
She was airlifted to Sydney's Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Her current condition is unknown.
The 19-year-old driver was arrested and taken to Unanderra Police Station where he was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, driving while disqualified and driving an unregistered and uninsured car.
He was refused bail in Wollongong Local Court on Saturday morning and will re-appear in court next week.
