Gujarat NRE is expected to recommence trading after a ban was lifted on December 27.
The lifting was in response to the company releasing its half-year report in September.
The report, which covered the six months to September 30, 2013, revealed an after-tax loss of $74.1 million.
Wages and entitlements owing to workers are now being paid and a program is in place to ensure all unpaid wages are paid by early January.
Under former chairman Arun Jagatramka, Gujarat NRE did not pay wages for almost two months from September 18.
