The Bulli Public School student has already proved her vocals chops, taking out first place in her age group at last year's South Coast Country Music Talent Quest and performing at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
When her time on stage wraps up at 7pm, she will be followed by Wollongong singer Anna Chaplin.
Wollongong City Council's twilight markets are held at Flagstaff Hill on the first Friday of every month over summer, weather permitting.
The market stalls will offer dishes from around the world, including traditional Ethiopian food, wood-fired pizza, Dutch pancakes and Turkish gozleme.
The markets are on between 5.30pm and 8.30pm. The final two in the series will be held on February 7 and March 7.
For weather updates, check the council's Facebook page or Twitter feed.
