I have requested the faceless Minister for the Illawarra John Ajaka to clarify how his government intends to enforce the five-year legal agreement Venues NSW has with the club.
There are two ministers at odds over whether or not to enforce the five-year agreement Venues NSW has signed with the St George Illawarra club.
The Minister for the Illawarra has said ‘‘no’’.
The Minister for Sport and Recreation says ‘‘yes’’.
Which minister is right?
And what is the final position of the NSW government?
This issue should be clarified.
And that is all I have asked both ministers to do.
