Highview popular
The first sod is about to be turned on the construction of a new residential development at Mt St Thomas.
Known as Highview Terrace, the development at 107 The Avenue, comprises three three-bedroom townhouses and is expected to be completed by June.
The two-level contemporary-style townhouses have tandem lock-up garages and rear courtyards. The downstairs level has a garage, bedroom and a bathroom. The second level features a living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms.
Raine & Horne Wollongong company director Josh Kersten said the townhouses had already sold and contracts had been exchanged.

The first 2014 land release at Shell Cove - the Bonville Parkway release - will start on Saturday.
