What happens to a circus when people stop coming? It is the question at the heart of Wollongong Workshop Theatre's newest production Le Cirque de Cabaret, which opened on Friday night.
Ringmasters, clowns, mentalists and painted dolls pop up through the small theatre's new performance, as a young girl stumbles upon an abandoned circus in the woods.
The show runs until February 15 at the Wollongong Workshop Theatre, 192 Gipps Road, Gwynneville. For more information, call Megan Harding on 0423 260 695.
