Muldoon's former brother-in-law Wolfgang Wilkins made the application for the order in Nowra Court on January 24, where he made some startling claims including that the actor had links to the Russian mafia in Melbourne and he feared for his safety.
Nowra Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming originally adjourned the matter because Mr Muldoon did not receive the notice to appear in court. Neither party turned up yesterday, so Magistrate Fleming dismissed the application.
