More than 75 retailers from the Illawarra, across Australia and around the world will be at the car park and beer garden of the Towradgi hotel, showing off a variety of tastes and treats.

A range of beers, wines and ciders will be available for sampling, along with desserts, sweets, cheeses and honey.

"It's a chance for people to sample food and drinks they wouldn't normally have a chance to try, and a chance for Illawarra vendors to have their products on show to a local audience," said TBH marketing manager Jessica Lee.

Ms Lee said there would be 30 alcohol tents, 15 food stalls, and more than 30 produce and market tents.

Hopdog Beerworks will be one of the local businesses displaying their wares on Sunday. Head brewer Tim Thomas said it was an opportunity to have their drop exposed to a wider audience.

"Most of our sales are Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, so it's a good chance to show locals what we do," Mr Thomas said.

"It's about spreading the word locally, letting people know there are breweries here in the Illawarra."

Entry is free with food and drink tickets available for purchase. The festival runs from 11am to 5pm, with live music from Marshall O'Kell and Kirrakamere. Kids are welcome.
