This ultra-modern beach home on the easternmost point between Bulli and Woonona is set on one of the best locations in the Illawarra, according to sales agent Simon Beaufils.
In fact, the property at 1/2 Kurraba Road, Woonona, ranked extremely high when it came to ticking real estate's golden box, Mr Beaufils said.
"As far as location goes, it would certainly be in the top five that Wollongong has to offer," he said.
Mr Beaufils, a principal sales agent at Ray White Helensburgh with 20 years in real estate, said the architect-designed four-bedroom home had beach views from every room.
"There is nothing quite like this.
"I think its position is like that of a lighthouse," he said.
"You have almost 360-degree views and you're right on the peninsula, looking over Woonona Beach to the south and Bulli Beach to the north, realistically without any interruptions.
"This property will deserve and demand a premier price for its location."
Mr Beaufils said the home featured first-class inclusions and fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas, top-of-the-line European-designed kitchen and bathrooms, and extra outdoor entertaining areas suitable for all weather.
"With decks, balconies and courtyards established throughout all levels, your only decision will be where to entertain or simply watch the beachside activities being enjoyed," reads the property's Ray White listing.
Some of the inclusions are Zucchetti tapware, Caesarstone benches, Miele appliances in the kitchen, a master bedroom with double jet shower and dual spa, and Tasmanian oak floorboards.
The home will go to auction on Saturday, March 15, at 1pm.
It is open for inspection today between 12.30pm and 1pm.
Mr Beaufils was the agent behind some of the region's biggest residential real-estate sales last year, according to Australian Property Monitors (APM).
He sold 545 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Wombarra, for $3.76 million last June; 39 Lower Coast Road, Stanwell Park for $3.17 million last September; and 47 Lower Coast Road, Stanwell Park for $2.5 million last February.
Those three properties were listed in APM's top five residential sales for the Illawarra in 2013.
