A section of the northbound lanes on the Princes Motorway at Unanderra will close on Monday night for resurfacing work.
The closure will affect the northbound section of the motorway, between the Nolan Street railway bridge and Masters Road, from 8pm to 5am to allow crews to work across the full width of the road.
Detours for all vehicles will be in place along Five Islands, Springhill and Masters roads.
The work is part of a $465,000 project to resurface 1.2 kilometres of the road.
The work will start on Monday and continue until March 6.
From Tuesday, work will take place from 7pm to 5am with one lane open to northbound traffic, with a reduced roadwork speed limit of 40km/h in place.
There will be no impact on southbound traffic.
