About 10.15pm on August 10 last year, two men armed with a wooden object and a metal bar entered the KFC outlet on King Street and threatened staff.

One of the men struck a 19-year-old male employee with the wooden object, knocking him to the ground.

The pair fled the scene a short time later with cash in two black bags.

The first man depicted in the footage is described as 165 centimetres tall and of medium build. He’s shown wearing a black jacket with a red stripe on the back, black track pants and white sneakers.

The second man is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 25-35 years of age, around 175 centimetres tall and of solid build. He’s shown wearing a dark blue hooded jumper and three-quarter length grey pants, with another pair of pants/tights underneath.

Both men are also shown wearing grey-coloured balaclavas.
