8.37am BREAKING: Witnesses to a fatal train accident in Sydney's inner west said they saw the victim lose his balance on the platform before falling between two carriages. The train then pulled away from Dulwich Hill railway station on Wednesday afternoon, hitting the man who had landed on the tracks in front of horrified commuters.
