IPAC's clever blend of Snow White storytelling

A production mixing Tiwi Islands mythology with Brothers Grimm  fairytales will enchant children and adults alike this weekend.

Wulamanayuwi and the Seven Pamanui is a spin on the classic Snow White tale, tinged with indigenous creation stories and history.

After rave reviews from the 2011 Darwin Festival, the clever blend and joyful and emotional production of full song, puppets and Tiwi Islands language opened at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre and runs until Saturday.
